Moist Chocolate Cake and Awards!

Moist Chocolate Cake! Wow! My first attempt in preparing cake! Oh my God! To be true, it turned out successful! It taste really good and awesome! May be its a simple task for the daring bakers but for me its a great thing! I was crossing my fingers for the whole time that the cake took to bake in the oven! My heart beat slightly started to beat fast when the cake started to raise in the tin and I become much tensed and my body started to sweat and I started to pray God that the cake should not overflow out of the tin. Once the cake stopped to raise, i felt as i have got one more chance to take birth and live in this world. Anyways, it came out too good and i started to serenade for the cake! Ingredients: Mushroom - 200gms ( clean and wash in water) Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped) Tomatoes - 2 (Finely Chopped) Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - a pinch Curry Leaves - few Garlic - 5 pods (Finely Chopped) Ginger - 1/2 inch size (Finely Chopped) Green Chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped) Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp Aniseed - 1/4 tsp Dry Red Chilli - 2 Cooking Oil Cooking Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and saute it with mustard seeds, aniseed and dry red chilly. Add finely minced ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry a while. Add chopped onions and curry leaves to it and fry until it becomes transparent. Ingredients for Cherry Cookies: All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cups Cornflour – 1 cup Icing Sugar – 1 1/2 cup Butter – 1 1/2 cup(in room temperature) Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Cooking Instructions: Sift together maida, cornflour and icing sugar. Cream the butter with a fork and add the vanilla essence and beat well. Now add the flour mix to the butter mix 1 tbsp at a time and mix well thoroughly. Add 1 tbsp milk if the mix is too dry or add a little of flour, if the mixture is little watery. Make small balls out of the mix and flatten a bit and place a whole cherry in the middle. Grease the baking tray and spread a little of flour on that. Now arrange the cookies on the baking tray with a little distance between one and the other cookie since it will expand while it is getting cooked. This is the reason for why we are using home made rice flour. To prepare rice flour at home. soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes and drain the water completely. Hi friends! am very happy to meet you all again and am very thankful to all the buddies who prayed for my mom's health. Hope all your prayers will come to reality soon! My mom hasn't recovered fully yet but i returned here as my kid is missing his school a very lot. Myself and my kiddo enjoyed really a lot in my home town and we feel very bad to miss it again!
