Veg Pizza

Ingredients: Pizza Base – 2 Pizza Sauce (available in stores) – 2 tbsp Onion – 1 (finely chopped) Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped) Mozzarella Cheese – 10tbsp (finely grated) Cooking Instructions: Layer 1 tbsp of pizza sauce evenly on both the pizza base. Top it up with onions and capsicum (or any vegetables of your choice) evenly over the sauce. Now spread 5 tbsp of grated cheese evenly over the vegetables on both the pizza base. Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade for 5 minutes in cook + bake mode. Place the pizza base on a convection safe cooking tray and place it in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes (cook + bake mode) or until the cheese melts. Wait for the standing time of 2 minutes. Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients: Chicken Legs – 4 Hung Curd – 4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp Coriander Powder – 1 tsp Chilly Powder – 1 tsp Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp Pepper Powder – ½ tsp Cumin Powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Food Color (red) – a little Lime – ½ (extract juice from it) Salt – to taste Cooking Oil Cooking Instructions: I purchased a microwave oven in this new year and am keep trying recipes in it. This tandoori chicken recipe is the first microwave oven recipe in my blog. Mix curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, food color, lime juice and salt together in a bowl and mix well. Do not add water. The mixture should be little thick in consistency. So add lime juice accordingly. If the mixture is little watery, the chicken will not hold the marination well. Spicy Chicken Curry

Ingredients: Chicken – ½ kg Onion – 1(finely chopped) Medium size Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped) Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp Chilly Powder – ½ tbsp Pepper Powder – 2 tbsp Cloves – 4 Cardamom – 4 Aniseeds – 1 or 2 tbsp Bay Leaf – 2 Cinnamon - 2 Salt – to taste Cooking Oil Cooking Instructions: Wash and clean the chicken and cut it into cubes and keep it aside. Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan and add onions and tomatoes and sauté it well. Let this mixture cool a while and then grind it to a smooth paste. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker and sauté it with cloves, cinnamon, aniseeds, bay leaves and cardamom. Add grinded paste and ginger garlic paste to it and stir fry until the raw smell leaves off. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and pepper powder and stir fry it well.
