Ingredients :
Mutton - 1/2 kg (wash and cut into cubes)
Kolambu Powder - 4 tbsp
Tomato - 3 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 (cut it lengthwise)
Curry Leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Cooking Oil
Service For : 3 People
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
Cooking Instructions :
Simply add tomatoes and onions, curry leaves and salt and mutton in a pressure cooker. Add required water and kolambu powder to the cooker so that no lumps are found. Close the lid and simmer the flame and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until mutton is well cooked.
