Ingredients:
Red Rice / Pacharisi – 1 cup
Water – 3 cups
Boiled Milk – 1 ½ cups
Salt – to taste
Cooking Oil
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Service For: 2 people
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and clean the rice and drain the excess water.
Add rice and water in the pressure cooker and stir it well. Add enough salt and bring it boil. Once it starts to boil, close the lid and let it cook for 7 whistles (depends upon the cooker) or until the rice is well cooked. Open the lid and add milk to it and mix well. Dish is ready to serve. You don’t need any side dish for this and who want to have side dish can use mango pickle or lemon pickle or any pickle according to their taste. Otherwise we don’t need any side dish for this. Children will surely love this dish.
